Delete Your Account & Data

You can request the permanent deletion of your mewd account and all associated data at any time.

Preferred Method: In-App Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

1. Open mewd
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
3. Follow the on-screen instructions

Web Request (Alternative)

If you cannot access the in-app deletion or prefer to request via email, please send a request to support@emarzee.com with the following information:

• The email address associated with your mewd account
• Your Firebase User ID (if known)
• A brief statement confirming you want to delete your account and all associated data

What Will Be Deleted

• Your account and profile information
• All data stored in the cloud (Firebase Firestore)
• Subscription records (if applicable)
• Any analytics or usage data linked to your account

Note: Data stored locally on your device (journal entries, mood logs, etc.) is not automatically deleted. You can clear this by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling mewd.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
